1. SuperFood Smoothie
2 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Mango
- 2 handfuls of any Greens
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used vanilla)
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax (can use hemp or chia seeds
- 1 cup Water or Milk
- Water as desired (or you can use milk for a creamier texture)
Note: Add a nutritional boost if you have it such as Goji Berries, Maca, etc.
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.
2. Lemon Plum Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 Plums, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used vanilla)
- A few Ice Cubes
- ¼ cup Water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.
3. Cucumber Mint Frappe

Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cucumber, quartered (can be peeled)
- 1 Apple*, quartered (can be peeled)
- ¼ cup fresh Mint
- ¼ cup fresh Basil
- A few Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Coconut Water or Milk
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.
4. Apple Pie Delight
1 Serving

Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 1 scoop Nutrasumma Apple Pie Protein Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Granola
- ½ Tbsp. Nut Butter (I used almond)
- 2 Tsp. Maple Syrup (or other sweetener)
- Dash of Cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. You can add a little water if you want!
5. Chocolate Maca Shake

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Maca
- 1 scoop chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds (can use flax or chia)
- 1 Tbsp. raw Cacao Nibs (or you can use cocoa)
- 1 cup Mango
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 handful mixed Greens (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more liquid or ice based on preference.
