Foods

Your body absorbs the essence of what you put into it, so eating foods that are close to the color frequency of your throat chakra are greats way to balance from the inside out. Look for foods that are bright blue in color, such as blueberries and blackberries. Also enjoy foods such as apples, pears, oranges, peaches and plums. This is because they are considered “intuitive” food that clearly communicate when they’re at their peak, meaning once they are ripe, they fall right off the tree.

Bringing energy and vibrations to your throat and larynx are great ways to balance your throat chakra, and one of the best ways to do that is by singing. Put together a feel-good playlist that you love to sing along to and turn those jams up! You can also meditate and repeat positive affirmations. Find a quiet space and say the following mantras: “I communicate easily with confidence and clarity. My voice is powerful and speaks the truth. I am creative and communication comes easily. I feel safe to express myself.”
