Currently, the app has several meditation sets targeting sleep/focus improvement, anxiety reduction, etc. As far as I know, many more multi-purpose breathing exercise programs are being developed, such as eating, working, gym, going for a run, and so on. Also, they are planning to introduce longer meditation challenges, such as 10-day balance meditation course, or a month-long meditation course to support your weight loss workouts. Let’s hope we won’t have to wait for much longer.

As for its target audience, while the BetterMe fitness app was created with women’s bodies in mind (though certainly adjustable to use for men, too), BetterMe Meditation can be used both by men and women.

Are there any drawbacks?  It’d be great if they added a feature that keeps track of users’ progress.

So, all in all, I’d say that yes, BetterMe Meditation app is definitely worth checking out, especially since they promise more things to come. I’m excited to see where it goes!
